We held our annual Summer Social on Friday 20th June — a fantastic evening of celebration, capped off with the announcement of this year’s Employee of the Year winners. These awards are a special tradition at Chaunceys — a chance for every team member to recognise the hard work, dedication, and positive impact of their colleagues.
We kicked things off with some friendly (and fiery!) competition at the Flight Club, before coming together to reveal this year’s well-deserved winners.
The celebrations didn’t stop at the Flight Club — we carried on the evening at The London Cocktail Club, with drinks, dancing and plenty of laughs. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening so memorable.
Each year, all employees cast their votes for the three teammates they believe have gone above and beyond — those who consistently deliver great work, support the team, and contribute to the wider business. Winners receive vouchers and extra holiday as a thank you for their incredible efforts. Congratulations to all our winners!
This year’s winner was Sam Baker, who has done an excellent job, stepping up to help the operations and admin hub run smoothly during a very busy year.
Second place went to Devon White, our Production Supervisor who has been reliable, positive, and driven to improve our production operation. And this year, we had a tie for third place between Alice Gordon from our Customer Service team and David Stott, our Operations Manager, who have both impressed with their positive attitude and work ethic.
These awards mean a lot to us. They’re about appreciation, peer recognition, and celebrating the people who make Chaunceys what it is. Nothing we do would be possible without each and every member of our team. We’re so proud to have a group of individuals who care deeply about the quality of their work and who are committed to learning, growing, and supporting one another.
